Last weekend, I was traveling to Tirupathi from Chennai to visit Lord Venkateshwara Temple. It was a long 5 hours journey in train. But interestingly, my journey was never boring as I happen to meet a passenger in the same compartment who was also heading towards same place. We were discussing about all affairs, including Indian politics, Sports, World News, etc.
One of the important topics the passenger discussed with me was about the increasing costs of medical care treatment in India and around the western countries especially in North America. The reason why he hinted North America was while when his parents were visiting USA, sustained medical injury due to accident and got hospitalized. Since they were not carrying visitors insurance, the medical bills were very high and it caused lot of stress and financial distress to his parents and his family members. After this terrible experience, he said he had realized the importance and the need for buying Visitors Insurance in USA as every common man or citizen visiting America from India or from any other foreign country cannot be always afford to pay expensive healthcare treatment.

He later advised me if any of my family members are visiting America, need to buy good and reliable US based visitors health insurance companies like Atlas America Insurance or Patriot America Insurance offering wide range of visitors insurance plans before traveling to United States and should not wait until you or a family member becomes a victim of medical illness through any unprecedented event.
